The services include Proof-of-concept building projects, requirements Analysis, project definition and planning, data modeling, taxonomy/Ontology modeling, application and systems development, integration, testing, and deployment. Educational services including expert consulting and user training are also offered to help clients gain better understanding of our products and solutions. Ongoing production support and enhancement services are provided under separate contracts and SLAs to deliver high availability of the implemented systems.
