Venkatesh Rao
Co-Founder / CEO
Venkatesh Rao is a seasoned leader and entrepreneur with over 16 years of experience in developing a variety of business technology solutions. At MeshLabs, he is responsible for overall executive leadership, business strategy, business development, and organization building initiatives.
Over his career, Venkatesh has consulted and served in leadership positions on several large IT initiatives, delivering strategic transformational solutions for clients such as American Express, WellPoint, and Boston Mutual. Prior to MeshLabs, he co-founded FirmNote Solutions, a technology consultancy focused on IT solutions for Life Sciences and Healthcare industries. Venkatesh holds a degree in electrical engineering from Karnataka University, India and MBA in International Management from Thunderbird Global School of Management, Glendale, Arizona.
Sampath Herga
Co-Founder / Chief of Product Engineering
Sampath leads the product engineering functions at MeshLabs. He has over 12 years of solid experience in leading technical teams and developing complex solutions and products in the enterprise software industry. Sampath's experience spans all aspects of product development life-cycle from product envisioning to development to customer support. He honed his skills working for a variety of companies, from startups (Airvana) to large companies such as NetApp and Motorola. He has won several awards and recognitions for his contributions from his employers. Sampath's foundation is in deep engineering disciplines such as element management systems. His rich experience, discipline, and maturity make him the ideal leader for our development and engineering efforts. Sampath has a Computer Science degree from Mumbai University.
Arijit Mitra
Co-Founder / Chief Product Owner and Solutions Delivery Lead
Arijit owns the product planning and client solutions delivery functions at MeshLabs. He is an engineer with a passion for building solutions that blend the fun of social computing with the sophistication of backend enterprise computing. An avid follower of latest trends in web technologies, Arijit brings creativity and thought leadership, traits necessary for his role at MeshLabs. Arijit’s work experience has been with NetApp and Oracle. Arijit holds a Computer Science Engineering degree from PESIT, Bengaluru.
Shantanu Gudihal
Co-Founder / Client Development and Technology Solutions Lead
Shantanu is responsible for client and business development efforts at MeshLabs. He brings rich technology leadership and execution skills from his past experiences at highly respected technology companies like Sun Microsystems and Oracle. He holds a Computer Science Engineering degree from PESIT Bangalore and has a MBA degree in management (PGSEM) from the Indian Institute of Management, Bengaluru.
