eZi CORE - Text Analytics Engine

MeshLabs eZi CORE is the primary engine of our solution stack. Built from ground up it analyzes unstructured data using a mix of text analytics, machine learning and semantics. It categorizes the documents into custers for easy querying. It has the ability to create ontologies from unstructured text as which used used for further analysis. It has means of user interventions at every step which is used by the machine to learn to tune its algorithms. Furthermore it has a user interest analysis engine to analyze interests of users based on documents read, and interests assigned. For fitting into enterprises it has domian based content management, access control, crawlers and a lot of other features.

eZi Sentiment Analyzer

Basic sentiment mining has existed for a long time.In addition to basic entity-level sentiment analysis, we offer deep ontology based sentiment analysis which analyzes sentiments of various aspects of the product/entity. The result is better accuracy for the analysts as they can track and trace sentiments using entity profiles as context. Our sentiment analyzer is a modular offering and can be easily integrated into custom or third party applications.

eZi Recommendation Engine

Our recommendation engine is complementary to our eZi CORE offering. Our recommendation engine uses both semantic analysis of contents and user/team interest analysis done by ezi Core to provide personalized recommendations at document, user and team level. In addition to that we have rules engines set up which can configure the flow of recommendations among customers, Business units, employees inside the enterprise.

eZi Connectors and Crawlers

MeshLabs offers a number of connectors and crawlers for easy integration with various popular and standard content sources and channels. Apart from web and Web 2.0 sites, connectors to Microsoft Sharepoint, Office, and Alfresco, Basecamp, are readily available to improve speed and efficieny of integration and deployment. We are constantly adding to our list of readily available connectors.
